Over time, the protective wax layer can diminish, resulting in a dull and lackluster surface that detracts from the aesthetic appeal. The process of stripping and applying new wax is essential and cannot be bypassed. It involves removing accumulated dirt, old wax layers, and residues from previous treatments, creating a clean canvas for anew coating that revitalizes the floor’s appearance. Here’s an overview of the typical procedures performed by professionals during a floor restoration: 1. Preparation Phase: The initial step involves clearing the area of all furniture and obstructions, ensuring unobstructed access to the entire surface.
